  I really give 2 1/2 stars....went in bought two sets, one twin one queen everything went great, Bret was very friendly and helpful...come delivery date, between 12-2, they showed up at 2 which was fine, they brought me two twins...ok so Bret should have gone back to the store which is around the corner and grab the right one....nope he admitted to his mistake said he would be back with the correct one in 1 1/2 hrs, because a customer on st simons island was the next delivery. I asked if I had a choice he laughed and said yea and left....almost four hours later and close to closing time and after having rearranging my schedule because of HIS mistake, they finally returned with the correct bed, I had called to discuss this and asked if he could at least throw in a couple of cheap pillows to compensate for the all day wait...was told by Mike that he would have to ask his manager..who is Bret, who I understand is also the owner...well when Bret showed up he was short, rude, and obviously irritated. I will be purchasing at least two more beds and the expensive ones at that in the very near future but it will be at another store.
